Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Shortlist candidates from job boards and social media platforms such as Linkedin.
  • Conduct screening interviews.
  • Coordinate interviews with candidates.
  • Maintain Recruitment database.
  • Complete onboarding documentation, including the completion of ABH Card registration.
  • Follow up and collect new joiners' documents and update the HR database.
  • Follow up on data capturing for master records through the Power Application.
  • Create a positive candidate experience by handling the onboarding process smoothly.
  • Work in collaboration with HRBPS and the training team throughout the onboarding process.
  • Coordinate post-onboarding feedback sessions.
  • Handle EPF and ETF claim forms requested by employees and related inquiries.
  • Assist in organizing employee engagement initiatives and other corporate events.

Qualifications/Criteria:

  • An undergraduate engaged in professional studies in HR.
  • A minimum of 6 months of HR internship will be an added advantage (Experience in recruitment/ compensation is preferred).
  • Familiarity with the Microsoft Office package.
  • A keen eye for creativity, detail and thirst for knowledge.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills.
  • Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines.
