Key Responsibilities Include:
- Shortlist candidates from job boards and social media platforms such as Linkedin.
- Conduct screening interviews.
- Coordinate interviews with candidates.
- Maintain Recruitment database.
- Complete onboarding documentation, including the completion of ABH Card registration.
- Follow up and collect new joiners' documents and update the HR database.
- Follow up on data capturing for master records through the Power Application.
- Create a positive candidate experience by handling the onboarding process smoothly.
- Work in collaboration with HRBPS and the training team throughout the onboarding process.
- Coordinate post-onboarding feedback sessions.
- Handle EPF and ETF claim forms requested by employees and related inquiries.
- Assist in organizing employee engagement initiatives and other corporate events.
Qualifications/Criteria:
- An undergraduate engaged in professional studies in HR.
- A minimum of 6 months of HR internship will be an added advantage (Experience in recruitment/ compensation is preferred).
- Familiarity with the Microsoft Office package.
- A keen eye for creativity, detail and thirst for knowledge.
- Excellent communication and writing skills.
- Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines.
