Responsibilities

  • Conduct an Organizational training needs analysis and develop a training plan to ensure that all employees acquire the required competencies
  • Conduct training sessions for employees
  • Develop and implement Employee Engagement initiatives for the organization
  • Responsibilities in HR operations

Qualifications

  • Degree / Professional qualification in Human Resource Management from a recognized University or institute
  • 5 years of HR work experience with at least 2 years of managerial experience
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
