Job Profile

IT Infrastructure and Network Administrator directly responsible for all core infrastructure systems, data, networks and software. Improve the new standard of technology infrastructure through proper management of asset life cycles and project planning. 

Major Responsibilities

  • Perform procurement research prior to current generation end of life by obtaining sample tests and builds of next generation technology to create migration plans.
  • Ensure proper Access control.
  • Ensure implementation of World Vision (WV) approved globally accepted infrastructure.
  • Setup and Administrator the LAN, Domain, Domino Server according to the Partnership Standards.
  • Define and meet system performance Service level agreement.Maintain proper coordination with ISP & other service providers.
  • Continually involve in research of new software and hardware.
  • Work towards an overall vision in network performance and connectivity.

Required qualifications, experience & competencies

  • Five (5) years of appropriate experience supporting IT infrastructure.
  • Degree in Information Technology.
  • Sound experience of Enterprise Firewalls, Network Devices, load balancers, UTM Devices, VoIP PBX solutions, etc.
  • Experience in Mail server and IT Disaster Recovery.
  • Experience in Lotus Domino Server and remote administration.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English.
