We are seeking a skilled and experienced person to join Sporting Star for the above post to conduct unbiased and comprehensive investigations into a range of workplace matters, including cash fraudulent, discrimination and other kind of misconducts. The selected candidate will be responsible for reviewing evidence, getting statements and producing detailed reports that can withstand legal scrutiny.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Conduct impartial and comprehensive investigations into allegations of cash fraudulent, discrimination and other kind of misconducts in the workplace
  • Review evidence and conduct interviews with witnesses, complainants, and other relevant parties
  • Analyze information and produce detailed reports that summarize findings and provide recommendations for resolution
  • Work closely with human resources, legal counsel, and other stakeholders to ensure that investigations are conducted in compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and organizational policies
  • Maintain accurate and complete records of investigations and ensure that all documentation is properly stored and secured
  • Provide recommendations for process improvements on investigation findings

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE SHOULD POSSESS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Law or Human Resources or related field
  • At least 3 years of experience conducting workplace investigations, preferably in a large organization
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with
  • discretion
  • Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and best practices related to workplace investigations.
