Insurance Assistant officer

Job Profile

• Handling all policy servicing modules, including revivals, loans, surrenders, all types of policy amendments and customer complaints
• Preparation of necessary reports
• Maintaining and upgrading the insurance system
• Communicating with customers.

The ideal candidates should

• Be between 25-35 years of age
• 2-3 years' experience in a Life head office - Life Policy servicing division
• Ability to work in Tamil would be an advantage.
• Possess excellent communication skills
• Proficiency in MS-Office applications
• The ability to work independently with minimum supervision and be a team player
• Residing in close proximity to Colombo
