Intern Academic Quality Assurance

We are on the lookout for a dynamic Intern for Training and Quality Assurance to join our Academic Quality Control Team.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate current tutors based on evaluation schemes created by Tutopiya in order to standardize & maintain the set standards.
• Provide feedback to current tutors to address any area of concern.
• Organize and conduct progress reviews, retraining, and mentoring tutors.
• Conduct gap analysis and present data to understand training needs and interventions needed to support tutors.
• Responsible for the end-to-end process from understanding training gaps and needs, to scheduling and organizing training for existing tutors by working alongside subject specialists.
• Involvement in various other projects to support the standardization of the quality assurance process

Deal Profile:

• Should be a graduate or an undergraduate from a reputed university.
• Ability to critically analyze and provide constructive feedback.
• Self-motivated and driven to learn.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
• High level of computer literacy and adaptability.
• Ability to build and sustain strong professional relationships.
• Self-motivated and driven to work under pressure and meet given deadlines.
• A team player with a positive attitude and good interpersonal skills.
• Previous experience in teaching, quality assurance, or individual/product evaluation would be an added advantage.
