- Evaluating promo effectiveness on all the CLM promos across the business verticals to increase the effectiveness of the same.
- Gain meaningful insights by combining data from multiple sources to create actionable datasets for business decision-making.
- Owning the performance reporting related to CLM & Digital aspects.
- Identifying opportunities for leveraging organizations' customer-related data to drive business, and carrying out exploratory data analysis, visualization, and hypothesis testing.
- Create and maintain visually appealing and interactive dashboards and reports.
- Define performance tracking metrics for Promo & Communication campaigns including incremental take-up, retention, revenue, etc & report to show improvements.
- Manage operational report requests via available data tools and derive insights using data sources and data pipelines by appraising platform data to solve complex business problems.
- Work with the key stakeholders and teams to understand their data requirements and track and report on key performance metrics, including customer behavior, CLM campaigns, and customer journeys to identify areas of optimization and make recommendations for improvement.
- Research industry best practices while working with internal/external parties on RnD tasks to identify the gaps within the customer journeys and direct the product teams on the solutions for the same.
- Segmenting the Customer bases to identify new business opportunities and extraction & cleansing of promo bases to execute campaigns.
- Measuring and reporting on the performance of all CLM metrics
- Accurate and timely documentation and reporting as required by the management.
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
- A Degree in Data Analytics/ Data Science/Statistics or Business Management.
- Proficiency in SQL & Python in transforming data for reporting & analysis.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office packages/ Google Workspace (Docs/Sheets/Slides) with advanced skills in MS Excel/Google Sheets.
- Excellent analytical skills and an ability to interpret complex data from multiple sources.
- Sound interpersonal skills and a good communicator with non-technical stakeholders.
- Excellent Verbal & Written communication capabilities
- Open to challenges from new tasks or first-time problems to form a perspective.
- Should be flexible & eager to learn.
