- Assist in promotion designing & creation for all the business verticals to increase acquisition, retention, churn prevention, ARPU growth, and other customer metrics.
- Responsible for planning & dispatching campaigns via push, in-app, email, and TTL channels in collaboration with Marcom & Business teams.
- Work with internal teams including Business, Data Analytics, and Marketing to execute campaigns in upsell/cross-sell of Pick Me products/services.
- Responsible to assist in tracking the performance of the promo campaigns.
- Assisting segmentation to identify new business opportunities and extraction & amp; cleansing of promo bases to execute campaigns.
- Responsible for conducting a monthly promo audit to identify any discrepancies and reporting the same to relevant stakeholders for further investigations.
- Responsible for raising POs for the invoices under the CLM & Digital budget
- Executing campaigns through
- Collaborate and plan campaigns and programs with internal stakeholders to drive customer KPIs in terms of topline and bottom-line objectives.
- Measuring and reporting on the performance of all CLM metrics related to promo campaigns.
- Accurate and timely documentation and reporting as required by the management.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Following a Degree in Business Management/ Marketing or possess a Minimum Higher Diploma in a related field
- Proficient in Microsoft Office packages/ Google Workspace products (Docs/Sheets/Slides) with advanced skills in MS Excel/Google Sheets.
- Excellent Analytical Skills.
- Should be methodical & amp; well organized.
- Excellent Verbal & Written communication capabilities
- Should be committed to achieving operational goals on time with efficacy.
- Should be flexible & eager to learn
