Responsibilities
- Assisting in the input and management of employee data within the HRIS, ensuring accuracy and completeness of records.
- Supporting the HRIS team in system maintenance tasks, such as updates, configurations, and troubleshooting issues.
- Helping to generate and compile reports using HRIS data for various departments or for compliance purposes.
- Assisting in providing support to users within the organization, troubleshooting issues, and potentially contributing to the development and delivery of training materials.
- Participating in process improvement initiatives by identifying inefficiencies in HRIS-related processes and suggesting improvements.
- Supporting HRIS-related projects, such as system upgrades, implementations, or integrations with other software.
Requirements
- Pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Completed coursework or have knowledge of HRIS-specific subjects or related technologies.
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and solve problems within HR systems.
- Capacity to troubleshoot issues and find solutions independently or by collaborating with team members.
