Intern Sales and Supply Chain

We are on the lookout for an Intern - Sales & Supply Chain that performs at a world-class level, displays impeccable attention to detail, and consistently delivers with excellence.

WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR:

• Requesting prepacking list from suppliers and planning delivery timetables.
• Fill in the standard pack per box and utilization of boxes and send to Finance department.
• Create Pos through system and send it to relevant parties.
• Create MSF format for every shipment and create box summary for suppliers.
• Create Pos and packing layers through system.
• Create new vendors with relevant details in the system.
• Update the pricing and packing system by uploading the stock list.

EXPERINCE, SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE:

• Either GCE A/L passed school leavers or Fresh school leavers are encouraged to apply.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office with a strategic and analytical mind.
• Excellent Communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Candidates residing in Wadduwa/ Kaluthara/ Panadura/ Bandaragama areas are preferred.
• Flexible to work on 24/7 US time zone.
