Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to penetrate international markets for spices and Identify potential customers, establish contact, and build relationships to promote the company's products.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to enhance the company's market position.
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as supply chain, logistics, and quality assurance, to ensure timely delivery of the shipments.
- Track sales activities, monitor sales performance, and provide regular reports to the management team on sales forecasts, achievements, and challenges.
- Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and conferences to promote the company's products, generate leads, and expand the network of potential customers.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining long-term relationships with key clients.
Requirements
- Degree in International Sales, Business Management, or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years prior work experience in International Sales.
- A driven, young and energetic individual with a passion for success and a desire to achieve.
- Should possess excellent Verbal and written communication skills.
