Major Responsibilities
- Support the reviewing of Legal Agreements.
- Update and follow up on the collection of Legal Agreements.
- Conduct legal research on issues relevant to cases and applicable laws and legal precedents in order to provide legal support.
- File and maintain Case files and Legal files of the Organization.
- Actively correspond and liaise with field staff of the Organization as and when necessary.
- Provide monthly updates on ongoing litigation matters.
- Attend to other administrative tasks as assigned.
Required qualifications & competencies
- Undergraduate or Graduate with a Bachelor of Laws Degree (LLB) from an accredited University.
- Be proficient in English and have good Written, Verbal, and Communication Skills.
- Possess excellent organizational skills.
- Possess proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel).
- Be detail-orientated, self-motived, and a great team player.
