IT HELP DESK (GLOBAL SUPPORT)
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to join our team as an IT Help Desk Agent. As a part of our global support team, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional technical assistance to our clients across various locations. If you have a passion for problem-solving, excellent communication skills, and a strong knowledge of IT systems, this opportunity is perfect for you.
- Handle client inquiries through calls, emails, and tickets, ensuring prompt and effective resolution.
- Collaborate with the global IT team to assign tasks and coordinate support efforts.
- Create comprehensive work instructions to streamline troubleshooting and issue resolution.
- Provide remote assistance for basic troubleshooting and technical support.
- Demonstrate excellent teamwork skills and contribute to a collaborative work environment.
- Willingness to work in a Hybrid and shift-based schedule to ensure 24x6-support availability.
- Possess strong knowledge of software, hardware, and network systems.
- Proven experience in an IT Help Desk or technical support role.
- Excellent communication skills in English (proficiency in German/Chinese/Spanish is a plus).
- Ability to handle client interactions professionally and with empathy.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting software, hardware, and network issues.
- Experience in working with SAP, Citrix, 0365, Azure, and familiarity with the manufacturing environment and OTRS would be an advantage.
