IT Support Technician

Ceylon Linux is on the lookout for young talented individuals to join our team as IT Support Technicians.

Requirements

• Resolve workstations, printers and basic server problems.
• Assist in migrations, setup of new equipment and setup user accounts.
• Technical troubleshooting skills in a Windows 8/10/2008/2012/2016 environments.
• Knowledge basic networking protocols (i.e. TCP/IP, DNS, WINS, DHCP, SMTP)

Qualifications

• Experiences in troubleshooting Internet, mailbox, printers and network issues.
• Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills with the ability to deal with people at all levels.
• At least 1 year of experience providing technical support
