Responsibilities
- Handle the end-to-end recruitment process as per internal SLAs, whilst meeting the regulations/ guidelines of onboarding.
- Preparation of commission & Incentive reports on a monthly basis with 100% accuracy and in accordance with the agreed SLAs.
- Providing business analysis information to the management for key decision-making
- Monitoring, validating, and providing feedback on internal and external regulatory requirements in a timely manner.
- Plan and arrange sales staff training and meetings island-wide.
- Ability to meet deadlines set by the management team is a must.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills in Tamil and English (Written and verbal) are required. Fluency in Sinhala language will be an added advantage.
- A Degree in business management/ higher education qualification would be an added advantage.
- Minimum of 1 year work experience in a similar capacity in the Insurance or Financial Sector
- Good analytical, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Good knowledge of MS office packages
