JUNIOR EXECUTIVE - CREDIT CONTROL
(Location - Colombo)
The Job Role
- Handling customer outstanding and container deposits.
- Keeping track records and planning course of action to recover Debtors.
- Contacting debtors and negotiation for payment deadlines.
- Updating accounts receivable in database regularly
- Building trust with debtors and maintain good relationship.
Experience / Qualifications / Skills
- Highly motivated, self-oriented and target driven.
- Excellent communication, PR & negotiation skills.
- Minimum academic qualification is A/L.
- Professional qualification in Customer Service / Recoveries would be an added advantage.
Benefits
- Starting salary 30,000 - 40,000 LKR.
