We are on the lookout for a Junior Executive - Customer Service that performs at a world-class level, displays impeccable attention to detail, and consistently delivers with excellence.

WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR:

• Answer phone calls in a professional manner and provide information about products and services as required by the customers.
• Follow up customers and their complaints; ensuring that customer's requests are attended to accordingly.
• Following up with clients or customers to check that they're still satisfied with any purchases. 
• Let customers or clients know about additional products or services.
• Ensuring that customers are satisfied with information and prices of the products.
• Determining the quickest, most effective ways to answer a client's or customer's questions.
• Escalating queries and concerns to the relevant departments.
• Troubleshooting common issues with a product or service

REQUIRED EXPERINCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:

• A Bachelors' Degree or a Diploma in a relevant field.
• School leavers are also encouraged to apply. Only Male candidates are preferred.
• A minimum of 1 year of proven experience of the same caliber would be an added advantage. 
• Excellent use of the English language (Verbal and written both).
• Possess a pleasant and clear speaking voice, coupled with the fluency in English.
• Interpersonal and customer service skills. Multitasking and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle a high volume of calls and/or emails daily.
• Time-management skills.
• Smart thinker: The service executive should be able to think quickly in providing solutions to the problems of customers.
• Problem solving skills are needed to be able to quickly resolve customer complaints and other issues that may arise from time to time. 
• Flexible to work 24/7 in US time zone (4.30pm to 1.00am -SL Time, 12.30am to 8.30am - SL Time) 
• Resides within 10km radius around the Office Location. (No. 648, Nawala Road, Rajagiriya)
• One Way Transport for late night shifts will be provided.
