The Job Role
- Present, promote and sell freight and logistics services to existing and prospective customers
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
- Reach out to customer leads through cold calling.
- Resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
Experience / Qualifications / Skills
- Highly motivated, self-oriented and target driven.
- Excellent communication, PR & negotiation skills
- Minimum academic qualification is A/L.
- Professional qualifications (sales & marketing /Customer Service / Logistics etc.).
- Past experience in sales (applicable only for Executive category).
