Junior HR Executive

Job Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree in HR Management or related field
  • 1+ year of proven work experience as a Junior HR Executive, HR Analyst or a similar role
  • Familiarity with Human Resources Management Systems and Applicant Tracking Systems
  • Experience with full-cycle recruiting and Payroll Process
  • Good knowledge of labor legislation (particularly employment contracts, employee leaves and insurance)
  • Demonstrable leadership abilities
  • Solid communication skills both in English and Sinhala
  • Attractive remuneration packages
