Job Responsibilities
- Assisting with recruitment related processes
- Administration through the entire employee life cycle from On boarding to Off boarding
- Ensure the HR system is updated with any changes
- Assist with Payroll Administration
- Compile all the data necessary for running the monthly payroll
- Produce letters to employees concerning any amendments to their terms and conditions of employment
- Assist with the organization and arranging travel and processing expenses for team
- Engage in employee opinion surveys and other HR key result areas
- Other HR tasks and duties as directed
Job Requirements
- A degree or a professional qualification in Human Resource Management
- 1+ year of proven work experience as a Junior HR Executive, HR Analyst or a similar role
- Familiarity with Human Resources Management Systems and Applicant Tracking Systems
- Experience with full-cycle recruiting and Payroll Process
- Good knowledge of labor legislation (particularly employment contracts, employee leaves and insurance)
- Should have a good command of English (Oral & Written)
- Proficient in MS Office Package
- Demonstrable leadership abilities
