Responsibilities:
- Compose correspondences, memos, and other related documents independently.
- Develop and compile data and reports including charts, tables, etc. relating to operations and business objectives.
- Manage administrative matters, including handling issue resolutions, maintaining and managing calendars and schedules, travel arrangements, and recording/ publishing meeting minutes.
- Prepare standard and ad-hoc reports.
- Liaising with all the departments for operational purposes.
Qualifications:
- Female candidate aged below 30 years.
- Fluency in oral and written English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages is a must along with multitasking abilities.
