Kitchen Trainee / Apprentice / Helper 16-25y

• A/L or O/L
• NVQ level Certificate if available
• No experience required

Chef/Sue Chef/Demi Chef /Cook 25y-50y

• Completed a Diploma or NVQ Level qualification with a Minimum of 5 - 10 year of kitchen background.
• Knowledge of Preparing, Storage, Ordering, Stock rotation, Hygiene is a must with the capability
• of leading and working with in a team.
• Ability to work under pressure reliable, flexible and responsible.

Waiter / Cashier / F & B Attendant 25y - 50y

• Course in Hospitality.
• Previous restaurant experience.
• Success with customer service and phone etiquette.
• Excellent Communication skills.
• Experience with long shifts.
