Lecturer IT (Computer Networking)

THE JOB

• Delivering the lectures on campus, including the lab sessions as per the institutional requirements.
• Taking full responsibility of the modules taught & updating or preparing the teaching materials and assessments as required set and mark assignments and set examination questions as well as assessing the work and progress of students by reference to defined criteria and provide constructive feedback to students
• Supervise the work of students, provide advice on study skills and help them with learning problems
• Engaging In quality improvement, research, and institutional development projects

THE PERSON

• Should have a degree in Computer Networking/ Software Engineering or related field from a recognized local or international university
• Teaching experience related to Networking, Programming. Data Structures and Algorithms, Software Development and Wireless and Mobile Networks Commitment to student knowledge enhancement and excellent communication Skills
• Experience in teaching and mentoring students at a reputable school or higher education institute will be an added advantage
