POSITION OVERVIEW:
As our Systems Administrator specializing in Azure Stack and MS 365, you'll be responsible for the optimization, management, and troubleshooting of our hybrid cloud environment and Microsoft services. Your in-depth knowledge will be instrumental in ensuring the seamless operation, security, and performance of our systems.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide Level 3 support (depending on the role) for Microsoft Cloud environments, resolving technical issues efficiently and effectively.
- Troubleshoot and resolve incidents related to core collaboration services in Office 365, including Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, and email security.
- Manage Exchange Online mailboxes, Exchange Online Protection, and third-party mail filtering solutions to ensure email security and reliability.
- Administer AZURE AD (Entrap) identity management, including user, group, device, and guest user management, as well as conditional access policies.
- Configure and maintain AZURE AD (Entrap) identity and authentication technologies, including Azure AD Connect, Password Hash Sync, Pass-thru Authentication, Seamless SSO, and Azure MFA.
- Handle on-premise tasks involving Microsoft Windows Server (2012/16/19), Exchange Server (2016/2019), Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, File and Print Services, and Group Policy.
- Collaborate with the L1 Support team to escalate and resolve complex technical issues.
- Work closely with clients to understand their requirements and provide exceptional customer support.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred).
- Extensive experience in providing Level 2 support for Microsoft Cloud and On-premise environments.
- In-depth knowledge of core collaboration services in Office 365.
- Strong understanding of AZURE AD (Entrap) identity management and related objects.
- Proficiency in AZURE AD (Entrap) identity and authentication technologies.
- Experience with Microsoft Windows Server (2012/16/19) and Exchange Server (2016/2019).
- Familiarity with DHCP, DNS, File and Print Services, and Group Policy.
- Hands-on experience with Backup Solutions such as Rubric and Veaam.
- Microsoft certifications (e.g. ., MCSA, MCSE, Azure certifications) are a plus.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
- Strong customer service orientation.
