Responsibilities
- Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and
interactive communication. - Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution.
- Follow up on leads and identify potential prospects.
- Build prospect relationships by initiating communications.
Qualifications and Skills
- Graduate or Undergraduate in the field of Logistics/Supply Chain Management
- Prior experience in Courier and Logistics will be an added advantage.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Good with Microsoft Office packages & Google Workplace.
- Prior experience in a call center will be an added advantage.
- Strong team player with a positive attitude.
