Polymer Products Impex (Private) Limited is one of Sri Lanka's leading rubber products manufacturing companies.

Duties and Responsibilities Include:

• Ensure that all operations adhere to safety protocols
• Operates and maintains lathe and milling machines
• Check that all equipment produced works correctly.
• Selects appropriate machines, tools, and settings for a given task.
• Identifies need for and performs machine maintenance and minor repairs.
• Maintains a safe and clean workstation.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related tasks as needed.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Ability to work on Lathe machines, milling machines, drill machines.
• Dye and mold mechanization is considered a special qualification.
• Knowledge of milling machine gear calculation etc. is also considered as a special qualification.
• Writing fine equipment, milling ability is considered a special qualification.
• The ability to maintain production machinery is considered an additional special qualification.
• In addition to the oral interview, you must also pass a practical test.
• The applicant being a resident of Panadura area is considered as an added advantage.
