Eligibility requirements:
- Should possess a degree in HR from a recognized University or equivalent qualification at NVQ 7 level with minimum 2 years' experience in the field of HR.
- Experience in labour relations, training and development and HR projects will be an added advantage.
- Excellent communication, presentation and organizing skills are important.
