Management Trainee Mechanical

We are a rapidly growing Australian-owned apparel manufacturer located in Biyagama EPZ. The Management Trainee program is designed for top-performing individuals who are looking to fast-track their careers and become the next generation of leaders within our organization. As a Management Trainee, you will have the opportunity to learn from experienced professionals and gain a thorough understanding of our business and operations. You will be rotated through various departments, gaining hands-on experience and building a strong foundation of knowledge and skills that will prepare you for future leadership roles.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Participate in a structured training program designed to develop your leadership and management skills
• Rotate through various departments, learning about the different functions and responsibilities of each
• Work on real projects and initiatives, applying what you have learned to make a meaningful contribution to the organization
• Build relationships and network with key stakeholders across the company
• Seek out opportunities for continuous learning and development

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• Strong english communication and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated leadership potential and a desire to take on increasing levels of responsibility
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to work well in a team environment
