Manager Assistant Manager Executive Quality Assurance

Lanka Special Steels Limited is a reputed company manufacturing Steel Wires. The Company is looking for highly motivated individuals for immediate employment for the following vacancy at its Factory in Sapugaskanda.

MANAGER/ASSISTANT MANAGER QUALITY ASSURANCE

• Possess a BSC Degree in chemistry/Material Engineering from a recognized university.
• Minimum 10 years of experience.
• Experience in the field of steel products/hardware products manufacturing industry would be a definite advantage.
• Should have knowledge of ISO 9001:2015, product certification under the SLS standards.
• Should be able to conduct investigations & find out root cause for the quality issues and provide suitable solutions problems encountered.
• Should be results driven attitude with good leadership skills.
• To be able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
• Good written and oral communication skills.
• Computer literacy with excellent command of the MS Office package. Age below 50 (Male).

EXECUTIVE - QUALITY ASSURANCE

• Possess a BSC Degree in Science/ Math or equivalent qualification from a recognized university.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the field of Quality Assurance in the Hardware/Steel Manufacturing industry.
• Having obtained professional qualifications in relation to Quality Assurance would be an added advantage.
• Having experience and qualifications in LSL/LEAN/TPM or higher standard would also be an added advantage.
• Attention to details, a result-driven approach, and excellent numerical skills of data analysis/ Statistical methods are desirable traits to perform the job role successfully.
• The candidate should be a methodical, well-organized individual and should be able to work under tight schedules to meet the company Goals & Objectives.
• Should have excellent communication skills.
