DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and implement strategic procurement plans aligned with organizational goals
  • Evaluate, select, and manage relationships with suppliers and vendors
  • Develop and manage procurement budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and compliance
  • Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and stay informed about industry trends
  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements in procurement activities
  • Implement risk management strategies to minimize disruptions in the procurement process
  • Continuously assess and improve procurement processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness

REQUIREMENT

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus
  • Proven experience as a Procurement Manager more than 05 years
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of procurement best practices, market trends, and industry regulationsPreference will be given to candidates who reside in close to Athurugiriya and suburbs
