Job Scope

• Managing and coordinating online marketing, advertising and sales promotional campaigns.
• Ensuring excellent customer service minimizing customer complaints.
• Arranging stock in a manner that is both visually appealing and allows ease of movement.
• Training the staff in effective sales and communication strategies.
• Developing product specific strategies to maximize sales and profit of the showroom.
• Reviewing inventory for product rotation on a daily basis to prevent shrinkage and damages.

Pre-requisites

• Degree or a Professional qualification in Business Management Marketing from a recognized university or institute.
• Minimum 3 years of previous experience in the retail industry.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Strong command of the English language.
• Ability to display confidence, strong work ethic, and positive attitude.
