- Ability of developing samples on time to customers' schedules meeting the expected quality standards with cost effective methods that can be applied to bulk production
- Sound knowledge in handling all product categories (Active wear, Swimwear, Workwear, Outerwear etc.)
- Good leadership skills and real time problem solving skills to solve problems that come across at the bulk production
- Knowledge in QCO process and feeding strategies to drive technical team to meet expected efficiency ladder
- Sound knowledge of development & customer handling
Knowledge & Skills
- Degree / Diploma in Production Management / Textile technology.
- Experience in Knit and Woven wear - Shorts / Pants / Jackets /T-Shirts
- Very systematic / Analytical approach to problem Solving
- In hand experience in working with buyer representatives
- Passionate about Customer Satisfaction and compliance
- Excellent in human relations and motivates your team to achieve exceptional performance
- Computer literacy and good command in English
- Good Interpersonal & Negotiation Skills
- 5 or more years of experience in similar capacity
