Manager Civil Maintenance

Lanka Special Steels Limited which is a fully owned subsidiary of E.B. Creasy & Co. PLC, is the market leader in hot dipped galvanized wires in Sri Lanka. We are on the lookout for suitably qualified, energetic, and young individuals for immediate employment at our Factory in Sapugaskanda.

Requirements

• Age between 30-40 years.
• B.Sc. Degree in Civil Engineering / facility Management / NDT/ HNDE or NDES
• Should have a minimum of 03 years' experience in the similar capacity.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Computer Literacy.

Responsibilities

• Minoring the construction work whether they are doing the work according to the required compliances.
• Reviewing construction plans and preparation of quantity requirements.
• Provides required information to the Management by coordinating with the Project Contractor.
• Quality Control and Quality Assurance.
• Ensure that the assigned projects are completed within the agreed timelines and within the approved budget timelines

Salary package is negotiable and will commensurate with qualifications and experience to the right candidate.
