MANAGER - COMPLIANCE (Assistant Manager Category)

Responsibilities

• Developing, implementing, and managing an organization's compliance standards.
• In-depth knowledge of compliance audits such as WRAP, Fairtrade, CTPAT, NATIVA & ISO. compliance.
• Coordinating efforts related to audits, reviews, and on-site arrangements.
• Ensure and enforce compliance with health & safety measures and necessary compliance requirements on the factory floor.
• Assist in developing, implementing, maintaining, and reviewing of company policies, rules, and regulations in compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations.
• Active involvement in CSR and Social & Environmental Sustainability activities.

Education and experience

• Prefer 5 to 8 years of working experience at the Executive/Assistant Manager level.
• Should possess a Degree/Diploma or Professional Qualification in a reputed institute.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in Sinhalese, English, and basic knowledge in Tamil would be a definite advantage.
• Understanding office management processes and procedures.
• Hands-on experience in Microsoft Office packages.
