Manager - Customer Lifecycle Management

Do you combine the warmth and attitude with the value of service? If so, you could be our Customer Value & Lifecycle Manager. We are seeking a superstar Customer Lifecycle Manager to lead our Postpaid Customer Value and Lifecycle Management unit. You should be a high-impact strategist and customer marketer who can oversee planning and prioritization of both Business and Consumer customer journey, increase ARPA, drive product adoption and reduce churn. You will partner closely with our Sales and Account management team to define organization wide processes and customer experiences which efficiently achieve these goals.

Key Responsibilities;

  • Partner with Marketing Ops, Sales and Account Management teams to analyze business and
  • marketing data to identify key drivers, mechanics and associated dependencies for driving
  • conversion, product adoption, retention, and cross-sell.
  • Effectively translate analytics into clear insights and actionable recommendations.
  • Lead Customer segmentation, profiling and define strategies to meet the expectations of customers,
  • increase retention and revenue.
  • Partner with cross functional teams to strengthen client relationships.
  • Forecast results from various tactics and advocate for resource prioritization.
  • Articulate program strategy and communicate results to key stakeholders.
  • Manage a team of effective executives towards achieving the set KPIs of the department.

Key Requirements;

  • MBA/Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business Management or any affiliated fields from a recognized institution.
  • Excellent Written and Oral Communication Skills. Ability to communicate in all 3 Languages (English, Sinhala, and Tamil) would be an added advantage.
  • Ability to maintain a consistent positive attitude and interact with & manage various internal and external stakeholders. Hands-on experience with Tableau, Google Analytics, or similar tools.
  • Experience using statistics.
  • Should possess exceptional interpersonal, communication and analytical skills, with a high degree of integrity.
  • 10 years of experience with at least 3 - 5 years in similar capacity.
  • Willingness to meet customers on regular basis.
  • Willingness to work extended hours as demanded by the business requirements.
