Manager - HR & Admin - Hiru Life Studio

Key job functions:

  • Overlook and manage all HR & Admin activities of the group.
  • Assist developing and implementing HR Policies.
  • Manage recruitment and selection process of the company.
  • Manage attendance and payroll management system.
  • Assist disciplinary management and employee engagement.
  • Proactively manage administration functions of the company.
  • Liaise with external/statutory agencies.
  • Monitor activities of all outsourced services.
  • Overlook regular building, vehicle & equipment maintenance.
  • Ability to work effectively with confidential information.

Requirements:

  • Professional qualifications in HRM.
  • At least 04 years experience in a similar capacity.
  • Adequate knowledge of HR practices.
  • Knowledge in labour law and regulations.
  • Age below 40 years.
  • Good organization skills and ability to multi task.
  • Good people management skills.
  • Self motivation, positivity and determination.
  • Willingness to work long hours if needed.
  • Excellent oral & written communication skills in English.
  • Knowledge in MS Office and HR applications.
