As a HR Manager, your responsibilities include:
- Be the second in-charge for Head of HR
- Manage full spectrum of HR including talent acquisitions, compensation and benefits, performance management, onboarding, HR policies and legal compliance
- Manage full life cycle recruiting process, including advertising of vacancies, screening and interviewing candidates
- Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs
- Develop plans to build strong talent acquisition pipeline
- Identifying, assessing and implementing best recruitment channels and making recommendations on sourcing appropriate candidates in the most cost effective and expedient
- Partner with business clients to ensure superior operations and business outcomes
- Advise management of risks associated with current business practices and recommend
improvements by providing expertise to management in employee relations, employee motivation and local employment laws - Maintain a positive work environment by focusing on employee engagement, building superior first line management capability and employee communications
- Develop and implement HR programs and policies in alignment with global and regional guidelines
- Participate in the development and implementation of HR programs and policies and ensure alignment with global and regional guidelines
- Manage payroll process
- Provide timely advise and guidance to the HR team
- Other ad-hoc duties and responsibilities as assigned
Prerequisites:
- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience
- Strong experience in Talent Acquisitions and strategic recruitment
- Capability of exercising extreme discretion and independent judgment
- Excellent communication skills and strong business acumen Ability to work with ambiguity in a high-paced and ambiguous environment
- Strong knowledge of local employment laws
- Excellent time management, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented, self-motivated and service-oriented
