JOB PROFILE
We are looking for a dynamic individual with a passion to pursue career in Human Resources. The ideal candidate should be energetic team player with excellent communication, proactive attitude, ability to be self-motivated and work independently to achieve tight deadlines.
Responsibilities
- Develop & implement HR strategies in the areas of recruitments, retention, training & motivation.
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or issues.
- Develop & monitor policies and procedures across the organization.
- Support current & future business needs through Employee development, engagement & motivation.
- Research market and develop compensation benefits & develop performance appraisal systems.
Qualifications
- A Degree or an equivalent Professional Qualification in Human Resource Management from a recognized Institute
- Minimum 3 years' Managerial experience in the field of HR (In the field of Apparel would be preferred)
- In depth knowledge of Labour Law and HR best practices
- Proven experience with HR systems and Databases
- Strong analytical & decision-making skills
- Having high emotional intelligence especially when dealing with dynamic young team
- Believer in Lean HR
