JOB PROFILE

We are looking for a dynamic individuals with a passion to pursue a career in Industrial Engineering. The ideal candidate should be energetic, team player with excellent communication, proactive attitude, ability to be self-motivated and work independently to achieve tight deadlines.

• Responsible for drive facilities, and promote standardization and innovations.
• Responsible in providing exact costing values for Customers and the Merchants on costing basis to place the order.
• Supervising and Managing costing team to develop and adding values to drive the team in correct direction.
• Driving Company towards wide improvements by using IE functions.
• Act as a leader and maintain the employee motivation and internal customer satisfaction within the team
• Responsible for Effective management of sewing machineries within the company through Fixed asset System
• Perform appropriate duties as assigned by management.

CANDIDATES

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, textile, Operational Management or Business Process Management 3 years of relevant work experience in the similar capacity.
• Minimum 4 year of Line IE executive full responsibility experience.
• Knowledge in GSD, Method study and Method improving experience.
• Innovative thinking, Develop and successful implementation Skills.
• Knowledge in Lean manufacturing.
• Knowledge in IT (MS office Excel , Power Point etc).
• Ability to work as a team.
