Manager Internal Audit

Nelna Group of companies is a diversified and rapidly expanding business venture specially leading in the Livestock and Agriculture. Due to the rapid expansions of the business, we look forward to finding an experienced, technically sound, and enthusiastic person for the following vacancy at Head Office at Pugoda in Nelna Group.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate the existing risk management procedures and recommendations for gaps & cost saving opportunities
• Objectively review Group's business processes
• Ensure organization is complying with relevant laws and regulations
• Make recommendations to improve Internal Controls and Governance processes
• Improve Operating practices, financial and risk management processes
• Preparation of Annual Internal Audit plans & carryout the planned audits
• Carryout ad hoc investigations on potential risk areas
• Review and support operational efficiencies process improvements

Educational Qualifications / Requirements

• Professionally qualified accountant - preferred Chartered Accountant
• Certified Internal auditor
• 8-10 year experience in Internal Auditing with minimum 3 years in managerial capacity (Preferred industry experience)
• Ability to manage a small team of junior auditors towards optimal results/ outcome
• Excellent analytical and report writing experience
• Hands on working experience
