An exciting opportunity to work with the Softlogic Group Loyalty & CRM team! Softlogic ONE Loyalty Rewards program is Sri Lanka's first and only premier loyalty program which offers an unparalleled diversity of rewards across key sectors of the Softlogic Group. We are looking for a Manager - Loyalty & CRM to play a key role in driving our consumer strategy and targeted campaigns.


Develop and implement strategies that sustainably grow the Group loyalty customer base in order to improve sales & traffic with a keen focus on customer acquisition and retention drives. Leverage and tap into Group strengths and synergies to capitalize on CRM & Loyalty. Lead and Manage the development of annual and seasonal plans that support the successful achievement of program and business corporate goals. Responsible for all customer rewarding and retention campaigns, from conceptualization through to execution. Work with an approach to manage the company's interaction with current and potential customers in the market by smartly deploying data analysis methodologies on customer behavior and patterns to enhance the business long-term relationships with the customers, ultimately driving sales growth and the accomplishment of organizational goals.


  • A Degree in Marketing or Business Management from a recognized University, Professional Qualification from SLIM or CIM will be an added advantage.
  • Minimum 05 years of experience in a similar capacity and experience in handling Customer Loyalty programs, Customer Rewards programs and CRM projects.
  • Excellent computer skills with ability to work in a fully computerized working environment with the experience in an ERP system preferably on SAP/Oracle would be an added advantage.
  • Should possess an excellent command of the English and Sinhala languages, both oral and written. Analytical mind with problem-solving aptitude and always working with a "can do" positive attitude.
  • Should be a person with high interpersonal skills and a self-motivator who can work with minimum supervision and be able to work long hours where required.
  • Organizing, planning and strong analytical skills in order to deliver on timelines.
  • Positive mind with the go-getter attitude and should have a good personality.
  • Ability to work under pressure and be self-motivated with a flexible attitude.
  • A creative mind with an ability to advocate suggestions and recommendations to enhance work flow efficiently.
  • The Applicant should be a good team player and be able to work under pressure with different business units across a group of companies.
