• A Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized university
• Minimum Three (03) years' experience in the relevant field
• Knowledge in structural design /Pre & Post constructional work /ISO certification Experience in the discipline of construction, especially in the real estate sector
• Willing to visit site locations physically and monitor project completion
• Advance communication skills in both Sinhala & English (verbal/written)
• Female, age below 35 years
