We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Manager, Sales Maldives to join Cinnamon Hotels & Resorts. Cinnamon Hotels & Resorts is Sri Lanka's largest Hotel owner with a portfolio with 15 Hotels and Resorts in both Sri Lanka and the Maldives. Furthermore, adding to its portfolio, the much-anticipated US$1 Billion - Cinnamon Life Integrated Resort, will be opening in late 2023. Cinnamon Hotels & Resorts is a member of John Keells Holdings PLC, one of the largest listed Conglomerates in Sri Lanka.

The Manager, Sales - Maldives is responsible for developing, maintaining, and growing the Tour Operator, DMC/ FIT market segments for the Maldivian sector of Cinnamon Hotels & Resorts. You will assist the Director of Sales in providing strategic input for the effective implementation of the sales strategy for the Maldivian sector. This role will play a crucial role in the overall hotels' financial goals and objectives and support budget goals by developing effective sales plans. You will contribute to annual planning, budgeting processes and ongoing strategy meetings. Furthermore, you will provide leadership to your subordinate team to ensure sales potential is optimised and guide them in executing their respective responsibilities towards achieving the company's overall objectives. In addition to the above duties, you will participate in sales calls with team members and guide them to acquire new accounts and close business.
