Manager - Student Enrollment

Duties and Responsibilities

• Handle assigned duties and responsibilities under the direct supervision of the Chief Operating Officer.
• Manage, Plan, implement, and monitor the complete student admission process from the initial application phase to enrollment.
• Develop and implement annual plans to achieve the strategic objectives of the Student Enrollment Division.
• Initiate new systems and processors to execute the student enrollment function efficiently with the aim to achieve high-level student satisfaction.
• Plan and manage both internal and external student admission related events
• Manage the relationship with potential partners to market and promote programs to a broader community.
• Manage and plan the Student Enrollment budget with continuous monitoring and controlling expenditure for the Student Enrollment Division.
• Initiate continuous improvements to the enrollment process for an efficient service.

Qualifications required

• A Master's degree or an equivalent qualification
• Minimum 10 years' experience
• Excellent Communication skills in English, and ICT skills with good knowledge of MS Office applications.
• Management and leadership skills

Executive - Student Enrollment

Duties and Responsibilities

Handle assigned duties and responsibilities under the direct supervision of the Manager Student Enrollment.

• Carry out the complete student admission process from the initial application phase to enrollment.
• Plan and manage both internal and external student admission related events
• Manage the relationship with potential partners to market and promote programs to a broader community.
• Initiate continuous improvements to the enrollment process for an efficient service to achieve set enrollment targets.

Qualifications required

• A Bachelor's Degree or Master's degree or an equivalent qualification
• Minimum 4 years' experience
• Excellent Communication skills in English, and ICT skills with good knowledge of MS Office applications.
• Management and leadership skills
