The individual who serves in this position is required to manage, organise, and provide support services to the clients. He or she should work closely with clients and internal stakeholders and also train the support team members.
Requirements and skills
- 2+ years of experience in a similar capacity
- General understanding and working knowledge in a technology stack that includes JavaScript, jQuery, Vue.js, HTML, CSS, Tailwind CSS, Bootstrap, PHP, Laravel, Figma, and Photoshop.
- Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field.
- Good communication & negotiation skills
- Strong organizing and team management skills
