Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing communication plans across multiple channels to drive revenue growth.
- Collaborate with agencies to create engaging content for advertising campaigns and marketing materials.
- Work with internal and external stakeholders to deliver campaigns that resonate with the target audience
- Maintain relationships with media outlets and influencers to secure editorial coverage and brand exposure.
- Manage the brand's online reputation, including social media channels and forums.
- Analyze campaign performance and make data-driven recommendations for improvements
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree / professional qualification in Marketing or Communications
- At least 2-3 years of experience in marketing communications
(Experience in the fashion retail industry would be advantage) - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, English and Sinhala
(Ability to converse in Tamil would be advantage) - Experience in graphic designing and video editing will be advantages
- Strong knowledge of marketing and communications principles and techniques
