We are looking for a suitable qualified person to join the company as a MECHATRONIC ENGINEER for the following role and responsibilities.
JOB PURPOSE: Carrying out duties in the Research, Design and Development Division under the supervision of DGM-R&D
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Carrying out R&D related tasks
- Testing and performance evaluation of water pumps, related to R&D
- Develop the test facilities of motors and pumps with the aid of modern software, technologies and simulations.
- Involved in Process Flow Mapping of Products.
- Carrying out process improvements with improving the quality and cutting down the cost of production
- Carrying out tasks using MS Dynamics AX, related to R&D Division (ie. BOM and Sub BOM Preparation, amendments and corrections)
- Implementation and maintaining of 5S system
OTHER DUTIES: Partially involve with the CAD CAM and Simulation software
