Lilies Intimates Lanka Pvt. Ltd is a leading manufacturer of accessories for the intimate apparel industry having global presence in Hong Kong, UK & USA with its headquarters in Guangzhou China. We are on the lookout for an incredible individual to join our team as a Merchandiser.

Our factory and Office Lilies Intimates Lanka Ltd is located at Biyagama Export Processing Zone.

The Job

• Ensure smooth order management function by implementing a time & action plan for all related activities and share information with relevant stakeholders
• Address all production related issues, by coordinating with the right technical personnel in a timely manner and deliver solutions
• Manage customer expectations by catering to their specific requirements to ensure customer retention & growth
• Effectively manage customer product development requirements and work on new development projects for business growth while maintaining a good relationship with cross functional teams
• Support business development process by effectively meeting internal & external deadlines
• Strict adherence to processes & procedures whilst driving to achieve the set KPIs
• Attend to shipping arrangements and all related documentation to ensure timely delivery

Requirements

• Degree or Equivalent qualifications
• 1-2 years of relevant work experience
• Ability to work with minimum supervision
• Strong written & spoken communication
• Salary: Negotiable
