JOB DESCRIPTION
- Installing, configuring, monitoring, and troubleshooting networks (LAN/WAN) including network switches;
- Firewall administration, VPN configurations;
- Administrating Cloud PABX system;
- Installing, configuring, monitoring and troubleshooting servers (Windows/Linux);
- Installing, configuring and monitoring system and data backups;
- Installing and configuring Active Directory infrastructure;
- Installing and troubleshooting software and printers;
- Upgrading, installing and configuring computer hardware and software;
- Troubleshooting computer problems and providing technical support;
- Analyzing system performance and troubleshooting issues;
- Perform security tests and security monitoring;
- Web Server administration & configurations (Windows/Linux);
- Managing software licensing, updates, and patching;
- Managing VMware infrastructure;
- Handling WiFi Access points;
- Thorough knowledge on TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP;
- Thorough knowledge on email routing;
- Configuring and managing antivirus solutions;
- Knowledge of video conferencing infrastructure and the access control system;
- Cloud administration, Experience in O365 related product, Database Administration
QUALIFICATIONS
- 3 years' experience in a similar capacity;
- Fulltime IT Diploma or an equivalent qualification or Microsoft certified /RHEL Certified/CISCO Certified Certifications;
- Excellent administrative, communication and problem-solving skills
