QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Degree in Business Management or Human Resource Management.
- At least 1 year of experience in recruitment is preferable.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
- Target oriented, capacity to work under pressure and to meet deadlines.
- Problem solving skills, coordination skills and capacity to take over the responsibility of any given tasks.
- A good team player with interpersonal and communication skills.
- Knowledge of HR functions and understanding of labor laws.
- Ability to converse in English.
- Excellent skill in MS office.
