QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • Degree in Business Management or Human Resource Management.
  • At least 1 year of experience in recruitment is preferable.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

  • Target oriented, capacity to work under pressure and to meet deadlines.
  • Problem solving skills, coordination skills and capacity to take over the responsibility of any given tasks.
  • A good team player with interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of HR functions and understanding of labor laws.
  • Ability to converse in English.
  • Excellent skill in MS office.
